Shipping policy


Shipping Addresses: 
It is the customer's responsibility in ensuring that the address provided is accurate before completing one's order.

You are able to edit your information accordingly when confirming your address.

Returned Packages: For any undelivered packages, customers will be refunded the purchase price with the exception of shipping and handling cost. Items can be resent with a corrected address, once provided. Any new shipping and handling costs incurred, is the customer's sole responsibility to pay.  


Shipping Delays: Calypso Culture is not responsible for any shipping delays; once packages are processed and submitted to the mail carrier.

Processing Time: This business is operated by 1-2 persons, orders are processed and shipped in the order that they were received.

Please allow 1-7 business days for all orders to be processed, and shipped. Any orders placed after business hours will be processed in the following business day.

Carrier: All shipments are currently mailed through USPS. Customers will be notified via email when  orders are received and when products have been shipped. 

Lost/Stolen Items: Calypso Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen items (once items are processed and shipped) during shipping or upon delivery. 

Business Days/Holidays: All packages are shipped between Monday - Friday. All major US holidays are excluded.
